At FrameTheDream, we strive to provide high-quality video streaming services through our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final, and refunds are generally not available. However, we do offer limited exceptions in specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Exceptions
We may consider a refund or alternative resolution under the following condition:

If a user has purchased access to a video and the video is removed from our platform before it has been downloaded, the user may request either:

To request a refund under the above exception, users must:

Provide proof of purchase, along with relevant details about the affected video.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the user has already downloaded the purchased video.

If the removal of content is due to external factors such as licensing restrictions or third-party takedown requests.

Dissatisfaction with content that remains available on the platform.

Accidental purchases or failure to use the service.
